What's the most sick/twisted/disgusting movie you ever saw?

Salo: The 120 days of sodom. Look it up. The director was murdered after it was made. It's actually an excellent film about fascism, very well made by a well respected italian director. But it also features **** eating, torture, nudity. Really messed up movie. Not as mainstream as the ones you listed that's for sure.
