Does he want to marry me?

Hi, I've been with my boyfriend for over ten years we have two beautiful children together and I have a beautiful child from a previous relationship. We've lived together almost six years. The problem is that we r not married, He bought me an engagement ring on my 30th bday but has not brought up the subject of marriage since then on his own and when - ask if he wants too he says someday but doesn't say when and that he does love me he calls me his wife but I feel cheapened. I think I'm pushing this now because I will soon be 35 and I've seen a lot of my friends get married after shorter courtships then ours. I don't know what to do we (I) booked the date with the church for next march the priest would like to see us this week but he seems less than thrilled should I just cancel this weeding and continue our lives as is or should I get out? Because if he loved me he would be eager to officially make me his wife instead if just calling me that right? I have also told him that - want a small wedding because we can't afford a big one so no excuse rightPlease help
