Wife totally changes after baby - is it time to divorce?

Your decision to have a baby together was based on certain character values she had in courtship, engagement and early marriage. But now that baby is here, you're never on the same page. You read all the parenting lit but she doesn't seem to care - about scheduling, consistency in discipline approach, and she says things like "baby is too strong for me". You call police when you find she has let baby wander into the street but the police are racist because you 'took' one of 'their' women and they won't even take your statement.
