Should I send my highest math score or my highest overall SAT score?

I took the SAT 3 times, the first time I got a 630 in math, which was my highest, but my reading was 500 and writing 470, overall 1600. Then in march I had reading 560 and math 560, and writing 460, overall 1580. My June SAT I had Reading 530, Math 620, Writing 530, overall 1680. Should I send my first grade with the poor english score but highest math score, or my last SAT with better english but a lower math score? I know a lot of colleges don't even look at the writing section, so I'm in a bit of a dilemma as to what to send.
