How to fix a J10i2/Elm (Sony Ericsson) handphone?

My J10i2 (Elm) is having some problem with the Media, I can't open Photo, Games, and Web Feeds. Application (also the Facebook application in the Messaging menu) and My Widgets also aren't accessible. My Games and Applications folders are really inaccessible, either I open it from Media, File Manager or Entertainment (that really annoy me, I love games). Please I need someone who an expert on Sony Ericsson phone or anyone who can fix my problems. Thanks before. I really appreciate your help.
