Should i donate my collectibles?

I have a bunch of opened, horror movie based collectibles. Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, Evil Dead, Halloween, Wish Master, as well as some game based ones, lots of Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Rumble Roses and so on... My problem is I have grown out of it and want to get rid of them but everyplace I turn to only want new toys and I am not exactly sure that they would be considered "age appropriate" I was going to trash them but is that my only option? Is anyone here interested?
